“This is an odd one but when we bought our home the siding on the southwest corner of our home appeared to be melted…we thought it was the prior owner getting his grill too close to the house….we had the siding replaced in the early spring before the temps got super hot and thought we were in the clear! Ha! One week of warmer weather and the perfect placement of our kitchen and laundry room windows in conjunction with the sun proved to be more of the culprit to our melting issue. Once we realized what was the true cause, Audrey’s team was quick to the task of identifying a solution to keep our siding from further melting!!
